I watched them once and was able to install my sales page within two minutes and I'm a none techie kind of guy lol. Side Note: Frank cover's alot in the video's including SEO and plugins. What I like is that each topic has its own video, so you can skip video's if you already know how to install Wordpress, plugins and Wordpress themes.
Bonuses: 12 Brand New Wordpress Themes and 5 HTML Templates. Both the Wordpress Themes and the HTML Templates are nice and easy to work with, but if you don't like them you can still find a free Wordpress Theme, and it'll still work.
